TROCAS, DEVOLUÇÕES E REEMBOLSOS
Caso pretenda devolver a sua compra, deverá, após a receção, enviar-nos um e-mail, apresentando a razão da devolução. Será informado sobre como fazer a referida devolução. Existe um prazo de 14 dias após a receção do produto para proceder à devolução, e só serão aceites os produtos rececionados em boas condições, com a embalagem original e selada. Os gastos de envio ficam a cargo do comprador.
A Mirt restituirá apenas o valor correspondente ao produto e por transferência bancaria.
No caso de algum defeito do produto, a mirt compromete-se a trocar o produto por outro igual ou de características semelhantes num prazo de 30 dias. Para isso, deverá entrar em contato através e-mail (geral.mirt@gmail.com) informando qual o produto a ser trocado, e qual o motivo da troca. A mirt poderá solicitar fotografias do produto com defeito e/ou a sua devolução. A mirt assumirá todos os custos referentes à troca de produtos danificados.
Por favor, assim que receber a encomenda, inspecione todos os produtos. No caso de qualquer dano resultante do transporte, por favor contacte-nos em dentro de 24 horas após o recebimento da encomenda, para que possamos iniciar uma reclamação junto da empresa de transporte. Por favor, mantenha as embalagens originais e o seu conteúdo exatamente como você os encontrou.
CONDIÇÕES DE COMPRA E ENTREGA
Após a compra e respetivo pagamento, os produtos serão entregues no prazo máximo de 10 dias para Portugal Continental e 30 dias para as restantes localizações.
Os envios são gratuitos para entregas em Portugal Continental. Nas restantes localizações, a valor será calculado caso a caso, devendo o cliente, antes de efetuar a compra entrar em contacto por e-mail, solicitando a respetiva cotação.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to return your purchase, when you receive the produt. you must to send us an email, explaining the reason for the return. You will be informed on how to make the return. There is a period of 14 days after receipt of the product to proceed the return, and only products received in good condition, with the original and sealed packaging will be accepted. Shipping costs are buyer responsibility.
Mirt will only refund the amount corresponding to the product and by bank transfer.
In the event of any product defect, mirt undertakes to exchange the product for another one of the same or similar characteristics within 30 days. For this, you must contact us via email (geral.mirt@gmail.com) informing which product to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Mirt may request photographs of the defective product and/or the return. mirt will assume all costs related to the exchange of damaged products.
Please, as soon as you receive the order, inspect all products. In the event of any damage resulting from transport, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can file a claim with the transport company. Please keep the original packaging and contents exactly as you found them.
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
After purchase and payment, the products will be delivered within a maximum period of 10 days for Portugal and 30 days for other locations.
Shipping is free for deliveries in Portugal. In other locations, the value will be calculated case-by-case, and the customer, before making the purchase, must contact us by e-mail, requesting the respective quote.
